Shipping Policy – MaTiSte®

MaTiSte® offers free UPS Standard Ground Service on all items shipped within the United States, excluding Hawaii and Alaska. Please allow 5–7 business days for delivery after your order has been received, your credit card information has been validated, and your shipping address has been confirmed.

Expedited shipping options are available through UPS Next Day Air and UPS 2nd Day Air Services.

Important: MaTiSte® does not offer international shipping at this time. We only ship to addresses within the continental United States, excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territories.

For deliveries to P.O. Box addresses, MaTiSte® utilizes USPS Standard Ground Service.

Order Processing Time

To estimate your delivery time, please note that order processing takes 1–2 business days. This processing time allows us to ensure proper packaging and validate your shipping address and payment method. Once your package is ready, it will depart from our warehouse, and UPS standard shipping times (5–7 business days) will apply.

Additional Shipping Information

  • P.O. Box deliveries are made via USPS Ground Service
  • MaTiSte® only ships to billing addresses; drop-off locations are not available at this time
  • Signature Required is required on all shipments, an adult must be available to sign for package as all products are high value
  • All shipments are insured through UPS at no additional cost
  • Orders may be shipped in separate packages with individual tracking numbers
  • Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to appear on UPS and USPS websites
  • UPS delivers only on business days (Monday–Friday)
  • International shipping is not available. MaTiSte® ships only within the continental United States.

UPS Standard Ground Service

  • Delivery in 5–7 business days after payment and address validation

USPS Standard Ground Service (P.O. Box Orders)

  • Delivery in 5–7 business days after payment and address validation
  • Allow 24–48 hours for order processing and shipping updates

UPS 2nd Day Delivery

  • Delivery in 2 business days after payment and address validation
  • Allow 24 hours for processing and shipping updates
  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day
  • Rate: $25 (up to 8 lbs)

UPS Next Day Delivery

  • Delivery in 1 business day after payment and address validation
  • Allow 24 hours for processing and shipping updates
  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day
  • Rate: $50 (up to 8 lbs)

Tracking Information

MaTiSte® will send an order confirmation email upon receipt of your order, followed by a shipping confirmation email once your package has shipped. This email will include a tracking link to UPS or USPS, depending on the carrier used.
